Park Picnic Pavilion Cancellation Policy:
Any person who has reserved a picnic pavilion at a County Park may cancel a
reservation for the pavilion(s) by notifying the Monroe County Finance
Department no later than two (2) weeks (14 calendar days) prior to the
scheduled use. Cancellations may be made by notifying the County either by
telephone, e-mail or in person at the office. Refund requests must include the
date of the reservation, the Park, pavilion and reservation number. Refunds of
payments made via a credit card will be by check issued by the County within 30
days of the date of cancellation. Failure to provide cancellation notice within
the established time period will forfeit the pavilion reservation fee. |
