Budget Application Procedures and Budgetary Applications

The applications for the 2011-2012 funding are due in our office by: Friday, August 06, 2010 5:00 p.m.

The Senior Millage Operation, Salary, and Nutrition Program Data Worksheets are in Excel format.

The Senior Millage Applications are in PDF format.  You must have the Adobe Reader.

Procedures:
The Commission on Aging policies, procedures, contracts, and regulations are available
through this site. Please refer to these documents when doing business with the Commission.

An electronic copy of the application must be submitted to mccoa@monroemi.org  as well as, 
12 copies of each application submitted mailed or hand delivered to our office by the due date and time.

Please remember that if you are applying for funds for multiple programs, a separate application
for each program is required. All applications and worksheets are in legal size format (8.5 x 14).
