If a Senior Millage Funded provider finds a need to transfer funds within their approved budget,
the agency must notify the Commission on Aging office in writing and indicate the issues requiring the redirection of funds one week prior to the transfer .
 
When the transfer notification and revised budget worksheets are complete, please forward them to our office electronically for our records.
