Commercial, Industrial and Developments, etc.	$500.00 and up*
If the Drainage area upstream from the proposed culvert location   is greater than 2.0 square miles or drain enclosures of 100 feet   or more in length, a permit from the MDEQ will be required.  See   the attached link   (MDEQ/USACE Joint permit application). http://www.michigan.gov/deq/0,1607,7-135-3307_29692_24403-67347--,00.html

Minimum 5 day notice prior to the payoff date & yearly cutoff
for assessments will be August 1st
