Smoke Free Air
On May 1, 2010, Governor Jennifer Granholm signed into law the Dr. Ron Davis Smoke Free Air Law which effectively declared Michigan a smoke-free state. The law protects Michigan residents and visitors from exposure to secondhand smoke in all restaurants, bars and businesses. For more information on this, please visit: www.michigan.gov/smokefreelaw
For questions about compliance, please call the toll-free phone number: (866) 59SMOKE or (866) 597-6653
