Childrens Special Health Care Services (CSHCS)


CSHCS helps children who have handicaps or chronic health problems develop to their full potential.  Emphasis is given to family centered, community-based, coordinated services.

Services provided include:

  • Identifies children withdisabilities and chronic health problems

  • Assists the family in paying for their child's special health care needs

  • Assists the family with the coordination of services

  • Referrals to specialists

  • Assists participants with obtaining medical equipment realted to special needs
