Living With Diabetes

Between doctor visits, taking medication, exercising and eating healthy, it can be challenging to manage diabetes. Join us at our monthly Living With Diabetes Group with presentations from a Registered Dietitian, Public Health Nurse, Health Educator, and/or guest speaker to learn and discuss ways to live a healthy life with diabetes.

We meet at Monroe Home Care Shoppe (474 N. Telegraph Rd., Monroe) on the third Wednesday of the month from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Note: The group does not meet in July, August, or December.

For more information, call 734-240-7800 or email LiveWell_BeWell@monroemi.org.

Individuals with prediabetes, diabetes, and support persons are welcome!
