The Finance Department operates under the authority of the Administrator/Chief Financial Officer and the Board of Commissioners and is responsible for managing the Financial Resources of the County.
The key programs which bring about effective financial management are budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. The Finance Department is responsible for the development of revenue and spending plans as well as the payment of all obligations of the County.
