Children's Special Health Care Services (CSHCS)

CSHCS Program provides specialty healthcare coverage for a variety of medical diagnoses . Emphasis is placed on family centered and community-based care, while providing diagnosis specific services to the qualifying client.

Services provided include:

• Identifies children with disabilities and chronic health problems
• Assists the family to pay for their child's special health care needs
• Assists the family by providing coordination of services
• Referrals to specialists
• Assists clients by obtaining medical equipment related to their special needs
