CSHCS assist children with disablities or chronic health problems to develop to their full potential. Emphasis is placed on family centered and community-based care, while providing diagnosis specific services to the qualifying client.
Services provided include:

Assists the family to pay for their child's special health care needs

Assists the family by providing coordination of services

Referrals to specialists

Assists clients by obtaining medical equipment related to their special needs
