Communicable Disease Reporting & COVID-19 Resources for Monroe County Schools
MCHD COVID-19 Vaccine Preregistration System
Residents age 65 and over and qualified frontline workers are now eligible to complete our COVID-19 Vaccine Preregistration Form. For more information and to complete the form, please visit our COVID-19 Vaccine page.
This system will allow currently eligible individuals interested in receiving the vaccine to provide us with their contact information. We will use this information to contact individuals directly in the future to schedule an appointment as more vaccine becomes available.
KN95 Mask Distribution Update
Please note that at this time we have NOT yet received any KN95 masks for distribution for the public and do not know the timeline of when these will be shipped to us. We will provide updates on how these will be distributed once supplies become available.

Monroe County businesses and entities that are open must follow the guidelines set forth in Michigan's COVID-19 orders. Currently effective COVID-19 orders that may be relevant to your business can be found at www.michigan.gov.

Businesses are required to immediately report any positive COVID-19 workers to the local health department. To report a COVID-19 positive worker for a business located in Monroe County, please call 734-240-7832 and leave a message.
